LEAP students are excited to start a new semester in the gifted program. Last semester, our favorite part of LEAP was viewing the inside and outside of a fire truck and when “Bob - The Bug Man” visited our class. Ms. Timmons, our LEAP teacher, makes class exciting because she gives us fun activities. For next semester, Ms. Timmons plans for us to research tornadoes, make tornadoes, a static electricity project, and continue writing for the newspaper. We can’t wait until we start these new projects, and we wish that we could spend more time in LEAP with Ms. Timmons.
