Highway 79 Gingerbread Lane Warm-Up and Contest 2025
We are looking forward to our Hwy 79 Gingerbread Lane Warm-Up and Contest on Saturday, November 15th, and we need our community to come together to help make this event successful, joyful, and welcoming for all who attend.
This is a large community celebration with vendors, holiday activities, the gingerbread contest, and our Christmas parade and we are still in need of volunteers and parade participants. Your help truly makes a difference. Whether you can assist for one hour or stay the whole day, we appreciate your support.

Friday, November 14th-Winfield Primary School, 207 8th Street (We will work in a classroom until the Mother Son Event is Completed)
• 5:00–7:00 PM — Event Prep
Saturday, November 15th
• 6:00–9:30 AM — Event Set-Up
• 9:00–9:45 AM — Vendor Set-Up
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Main Event
  • Craft & Artisan Vendors
  • Food Trucks
  • Santa & Mrs. Claus
  • Christmas Activity Stations
  • Merry Moves Corner
  • Story Corner
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Gingerbread House Building
12:00–1:00 PM — Clean-Up & Contest Judging
1:30 PM — Contest Awards + Bike Raffle
Parade
• 2:00–3:00 PM — Line-Up (TBD: County Market or WHS)
• 4:00 PM — Parade Begins
• 5:00 PM (Estimated) — Parade Ends & Event Clean-Up

This event brings joy, tradition, and community spirit to our town. Your participation , as a volunteer, parade participant, or simply attending, makes it all possible. We are grateful to each person who steps up to help, and we look forward to celebrating together.
