ATTENTION

Kindergarten and PreKind Parents, if you have already filled out the enrollment packets but have not turned in the following with it, your child is not enrolled. We need these items as soon as possible for them to be fully enrolled. 

  • Proof of Residency (Current Utility bill, Rental Agreement or Sales Contract for your residence) No junk mail or other bills will be accepted.
  • Birth Certificate for your student
  • Up-to-Date Immunizations (Kindergarten must have their 5 year old immunizations)

If you are not sure if you have everything, please contact the Registrar's Office at 636-668-6109 and they can tell you what you need.
